“Learn To Lax” Clinics

Pathfinders Lacrosse is specifically designed for girls and boys beginner lacrosse players from kindergarten through 3rd grade.

We will come to your school, neighborhood, or playground.

Pre – Register for Spring 6 Session Pathfinder Clinics March 15-April 30, Every Saturday at 9 AM.

What to expect:


“Free” Beginner Clinics – 1 session – (Boys and Girls)

Pathfinder Clinics are short versions to the full six session series. We cover the basics of ground balls, throw and catch, cradling, and a face dodge.

We then run drills to experience the instruction. After instruction we play a 20 minute small sided game, without goalies.

Players are segmented by size and age. [See Schedule]

 


Spring Beginner 6 Clinic Series (Boys and Girls)

All sessions are modeled like a clinic in that we have 20 minutes of hands on instruction, 20 minutes fo drills, and then 20 minutes of small sided games with out goalies.

Each session takes an in depth look to experience the fundamentals of ground balls, cradling, throwing, catching, dodging, passing, & shooting.

Offered each Spring during the City of Charleston Rec Department’s Spring Rec League.

Intermediate Clinics – 1 to 3 sessions

Sessions focus on team skill once the personal skills are learned. Players will learn the fundamentals of offensive positioning, fast breaks, cutting, setting pics, clearing, defensive footwork, and defensive positioning.
